My fee for individual therapy is $190  per hour.  For family groups the fee is $230 per hour.

 

All services are payable at the time of your appointment.  You can make the payment using my portal:  Simple Practice.  You will be given login information at the time of registration before your first appointment.  You will then be able to log into your confidential, individual account to make payments and fill out necessary forms prior to your first session.

 

I am not on any insurance panels, but your insurance may cover my services as an “out of network” provider.  You may contact your insurance carrier to find out whether any portion of my services are covered.  I am happy to provide an invoice  or superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider.  Please note:  Insurance providers may require a diagnosis.

 

Note:  I may allow for a moderate fee adjustment based on financial need.
